Digital Key Issue: App Stuck On "Loading"

Hi all, (Location: New Zealand) When I go into the app, and tap "Digital Key" (I've got an Oppo Find X8 Pro), I agree to the terms and conditions, tapping "Activate Now" - I then get stuck on a "Loading" screen. Has this happened to anyone else, and if it did, what were the steps you performed to successfully register a digital key? Thank you!

Sweet, no offence intended, just see the same questions all the time 😉 Is your phone on the supported phone list for BYD NZ? This post mentions that only Pixel and Xiaomi phones support Google Wallet: https://www.reddit.com/r/BYD/comments/1f72dzp/digital_key_on_any_unsupported_android/ If your phone is on the supported list, this one had the dealer log a support case and they fixed it remotely for them 👌

Mine is a Xiaomi phone, yes.

Upon further investigation, I've seen that the "Digital Key" option in the "Locks" menu isn't present; if my device were incompatible, I'd expect it to be present, but greyed out, not missing altogether.
