Try taking out the sim card and putting it back in. That fixed a similar issue in my Atto 3 a couple years ago, haven't had issues since.
Not sure how easy it is to get to on your car, the Atto 3 has it behind a panel in the passenger foot well.

Im quite sure it's the 3.10/3.0 version which did this
I have the exact same issue (S7 Excellence)

Yes very annoying. I have to go so close to my car it's better to sit in and start heating manually.

I noticed in my sealion7 that if u turn on the car via the key the signal came back strong.
If I leave it overnight, the morning after I can’t use the app, I have to go in Bluetooth range or old the key to turn on the car.

Same issue for me in the Netherlands. V3.0.1
Snow and below zero temperatures. Car is losing 4G connection all the time. It is in the street in a city environment with good 4G coverage. When thee car is started once, it seems that reception is better.

I'm my atto2, I have exactly the opposite experience, I can access the car in my garage underground where the is no mobile connection on my phone, maybe it's more to do with the SIM they supply locally rather than the car?

This actually helped! I unlocked my car, and locked it, with the key fob, then after a few seconds I was able to turn on the heating through the app. Thanks!
Still annoying that the scheduling does not work. But I guess I need to adjust my morning routine by waking up earlier, open/lock doors with fob from the window, then go to app and heat the car. But better than nothing.

It's a fault, if you can't fix it yourself take it back to the dealer who sold it to you and get it fixed.
I had a temporary problem, then I tried to take the sim card out (easy to do in the Seal, I think it's harder with the Sealion) and while I was futzing with it it fixed itself. I took it to the dealer and they took the sim card out and cleaned it and put it back in and I haven't had the problem recur since (touch wood).

How's the tbox? Maybe take it in and get it checked out. Tbox's in the SL7 and Sharks in Australia have been failing.

I have this when I try and preheat via app, it's says poor network. Then I try again and it works fine.
