Navigator and Highway

Am I the only one who goes completely crazy with BYD's stock navigation system when I have to avoid highways? Is it possible that even if I choose "avoid highways and toll roads," it can't avoid them? I repeat the operation with any Google Apple Waze map provider, and it finds and suggests various alternatives. With BYD's navigation system, it's a pain! I find it very useful because it helps me plan and understand charging during a trip in a very coherent way, and it integrates more seamlessly than CarPlay. Does anyone know how to solve such a trivial problem in "2026"?

I only tried the BYD Navigation one time. Without traffic data it drove me straight into the biggest roadworks traffic jam in the city. Since then I've always used Google Maps.

Finally found the bug. It doesn't matter whether you enable charging stations or not. It's a complete nonsense. In the charging preferences menu, there's an option that can be activated to "automatically add charging stations." If you enable it, it will ruin your route selection and will inexorably make you always take the highway. Oh, and it also matters. For example, if you choose to enable all charging station networks, you can take other alternative routes if you want. I hope I helped someone else if anyone ever uses it! 👍🏼
