Frunk won’t open

Hi. Netherlands here with heavy snowfall for a week now. I noticed a very annoying thing on my Sealion 7 Exc. during this snowy period: The drunk will not open anymore. You have to pull the lever twice to open it but only at the first pull something happens. The frunk comes up for about a cm. The second pull does nothing. When you try to open it manually, it stops after 2 cm. Is it the cold? The snow? Or broken? It worked perfectly before. Very inconvenient since I store my grocery bags there and now had to throw all groceries loose in the back. Anyone?

You need to pull the release twice in the cabin, it's a double lock feature

A seal u owner living in netherlands as well and noticed a similar issue that pull it twice is not helping i have to pull it manually once then pull the lock one more time to be able to open it. So i do it 3 times.

Ok. Tnx. But I pulled 100 times … no effect 😥

Update: now the snow has melted away, the frunk opens again correctly. So conclusion: mechanism is vulnerable to cold and snow.
