Charging issue

Hi Byd Seal Design (non awd). Travelling at the moment. Charged car at public charger yesterday all ok. Went again today, won't charge. Tried several points, went to other chargers as well no luck. Plug in AC charger works. No error codes from OBDII scanner. Seems to be a problem communicating between car and charger as nothing comes up on screen other than the red icon showing its connected. Any ideas - its Sunday so no dealers open and I've a ferry in several hours and not enough charge.

Are you in the UK? And which network are you using? I had this last week at 2 IONITY stations and then an Eon station. I just had to try different chargers and eventually I found one that would work. I wasn't sure if it was an issue with the chargers or the car itself, as some chargers worked fine and others didn't. Other than that I can't help much. It might be worth ringing BYD support. I'm not sure if they have remote access to diagnostics on the cars.

Yes over in the UK Had tried Osprey, Evyve and instavolt. In the end I locked for 20 mins and had a cup of tea. Back to Osprey and worked 1st time.
