Hey everyone At first, it was showing the map but without the blue line showing our path, but later it stopped showing the map itself. On some places says it “can’t connect to maps”. Tried deleting cache, memory, reinstalling, nothing helped.
How long have you had the car? Data via the 4G network that your car connects to only lasts 2 years, then you have to pay for a data package. Have you tried connecting to a wifi network and seeing if it works?
Thanks for your reply, The car is using my phone hotspot only, so not related to this..
I know the navigation program loses features such as traffic and range unless the data pack is bought. Go to "About" in the navigation program menu and see if the nav program has expired.
Unrelated to your issue but you should take the protective film off the screen, otherwise it will possibly ruin the screen, search this subreddit about it if you don't believe me!
