Did things change recently? I thought BYD couldn't be... insured? Yet? Idk, I'm in Australia now, with a '24 Seal, but I'm from Colorado ironically lol, so this is interesting and exciting to me. Eta - ahhhh right, didn't realise Mexican plates; that makes much more sense!

Interesting that the badge on the back says "Shark" and not "Shark 6" like the Australian version does.

The version of the shark sold in latin America has a lower spec infotainment :( But drivetrain is the same :)

BYD _sells_ vehicles in Mexico. I have a Shark. BYD does not _make_ cars in Mexico. The Shark is made in China.
