Steering wheel issue

Is it the heat causing this issue? How old is your car?

What model is this? Covered by warranty?

Gotta get that cover mate - first thing to buy when you have a new car. Get a dash cover before that cracks as well. This is heat related I assume?

I got the same thing on mine. I think it’s the heat.

I’m due for a service so will get it sorted next week

BYD and Tesla built with poor man made materials.

Same here, it happend in the summer. BYD is replaced it under warrenty, hopefully it doesnt do this next summer.

Update. Will be replaced under warranty
