That seems like a lot, is this 3% decrease constant regardless of the level of charge you start at or are we talking about dropping from 100%? The manual says you should do a calibration charge every now and again (<10% to 100% in one charge). If you haven't done that it might be a good idea to do it just to make sure the car has a good idea how much charge it has and eliminate that whole area of uncertainty.
