Hill Hold roll back on slight incline

Hi, I have a problem with my Seal U DMi AWD "Hill Hold Control”. When I park the car on a slight uphill slope and the accelerator is depressed, the car will roll back slightly before moving forward. The Hill Hold Control is not working to prevent the car rolling back as the incline is probably less than 3% and the motors take 1 second to build up torque. As a result you move back 20-30cm before moving forward. Any Seal U DMi owner having this same problem and how do you overcome car roll back problem?

I noticed the same thing on my Seal U DMi AWD , but are you sure that you move 20-30cm ? It's a bit too much, maybe it's 2-3cm actually, but definitely not more than that in my case. Maybe something to bring up with the service to test out.

The most annoying thing for me is that I park on a small incline which become a steep incline immediately and close to a wall like the sketch and it’s exploiting the issue to the maximum extent as if you move back 5cm it becomes steeper https://preview.redd.it/ajdy8q435dag1.jpeg?width=1320&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=71f125a9ffa48b797f7a094ea95e48fb01f2e945
