Using the 240 V outlets without headlights / power ‘on’

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but on a camping trip in my Shark 6 I tried to use the 240 V sockets but seemed to need the whole car powered up to do so, especially the headlights. As we were camping in a remote part of Western Australia in a dark campsite this was less than ideal. I couldn’t work out how to turn the headlights off when power was on. Any help? Thanks!

In the Dolphin: settings - > lights - > daylight running lights And turn it off. It automatically turns on again every time you power on and off the car though (so you need to turn off manually every time you want it off). The shark may be similar.

If you use the V2L adaptor via the charging socket you don't need to power the car on at all.

I HATE those settings that are one session only!!!
