No whitelist app after update ( Third party apps )

What does it mean?

Do you mean no further apps we can download?

Hi. I googled this issue and this reddit post came up. To provide my context, i'm trying to install the Di+ app to have some sort of dashcam. When I did the instructions to install this app, i'm prompted with "No whitelist app" when i plug in my flash drive with the appropriate folder name and Di+ apk in it. Any thoughts?

Region is Philippines, car is Seal 5
