Can someone explain this sound when i turn the steering wheel

We had exactly the same issue! And suddenly… it stopped. AFAIK without software updates. Sounded like something was grinding, very much alike your video. But it stopped, so we didn’t go to the dealership.

I think after about 2-3 weeks. My wife noticed it first and we noticed it had disappeared when we did a road trip.

Rusty rotors. Pull the wheel off and give it a good scrub with a scourer. Or go for a long drive with heavy braking.
