The sound comes on usually when slowing down in traffic and there's surrounding cars. It didn't happen before, and it just started after refueling, which may be just a coincidence.
Is this a steering wheel cover or original one looks like this? Looks very good
I wonder if a wheel cover doesn't allow the hand detection system to work properly?

Perhaps an external sensor is dirty.
I think you’ve solved it 😂
I apologise, I thought it'd be standard for all cars. It's a Sealion 6. More flairs would be good
It's a cheap steering wheel cover I just found in a shop. Does the Sealion 6 have hand detection as per the other comment?
Unlikely as the car is fairly new, and has only been driven from the dealership.
You can try to remove and see but this could be it. Because you said during cruising car doesn’t give any warning. It thinks you’re holding the steering wheel
Someone's a SAO fan
I can only talk for the Atto 3 and Dolphin as I've only tested those vehicles, but if you remove your hands while adaptive cruise control is active you'll get an alert to put your hands on the wheel after about 30 seconds. Not sure if this is the alarm for that or not, I had an actual written message on the mini screen saying to put hands on wheel.
This is a sound that I know, but which does not correspond to this context. Maybe this could help you anyway. On Google Maps, it is a sound that is emitted when an alternative route is found but no interaction is performed by the user to confirm or cancel the proposed route change after 30 seconds. Failing that it’s not like that, look at the "Maps" application or equivalent name of the vehicle, I have already had surprises for my Dolphin and even on a Peugeot 208 (I had a terrible beep and the option was hidden in the mapping application)
