This may be true for Germany but is misleading regarding the EU. You CAN import them and get them approved on individual basis. I saw one on the streets of Prague.

As far as I know the article is completely accurate and not in any way misleading. There is one Cybertruck in Prague. The owner lied on the certification paperwork, and the Czech government won't approve any others. I'm not aware of any other EU countries which will permit one.

The one I saw in Prague had a different foiling and was used as commercial rental car - it still might be the same car though
