Traffic in BYD Maps

Hello, Since my last maps update (made last weekend), the traffic information (roads in green, yellow or red) despaired from maps layout. I have the traffic information option enable on BYD maps app settings . I also reboot the system but still the same. Any suggestion? BYD SL7, Portugal. Thank you.

Do you have mobile data left on your monthly allowance? Traffic and other features need the data connection or you need to connect to a hotspot.

Yes, I have. I checked the mobile data available and I still have more than 800MB.

Does it work when using your phone as a hotspot? Is mobile data enabled on the car?

I don’t know how, but the data was disable for nav app. I enabled and solved the problem. Thanks
