Depends on the cops in your area to be honest. I’m in Oregon so it’s required, but you see so many people with no front plates, expired tags, and license plate brackets that hide tags. It’s really just common to save money on tags specially the people that aren’t struggling, my boss makes 200k a year and gets monthly details, and all of his cars are expired. Me included lol going a full year strong.
