If you are in eu, you should be on 3.0. If you are in the Middle East, you should be on 2.0.
You can update the car with usb, but I believe the modules will not update the dealership or ota should do it.

Through an OTA.
Go to Settings -> System -> Version
Then hit Upgrade.
I got V.13.1.33.2503250.1 a few months ago. (Based in Sweden)

Mine still has no update since the last march/april this year and still has that problem where the steering wheel is leaning to the left and when left on auto align it will go to the right so you need to keep adjusting while driving. Mine was seal 5 prem
