Like, each time I go down a slope I purposely go v slow to let all the recharge go into the battery... There's a slope near my home that always adds 1% Kinda satisfying to know you earn % while driving.... Anyways..maybe just me
It’s a thing, you’re not alone. More satisfying in a hybrid with a 2kwish battery though because you fill it down small hills regularly.

There is a Tom Scott video I saw and the gist of it was there are these electric mining trucks that never needed to be recharged. This is because they went up a hill empty and down full, and the extra weight was enough for them to regen more electricity coming down than it took to go back up.
