Sealion 7 ADAS Issue

Since updating to v3 on our Sealion 7 in Australia, we've had funny behavior from the FCTB system, discovered our sensitivity is changing itself, anyone else had this issue? Cars booked in with BYD next week to get checked out, hoping it just needs a software reset or something, have already trying a full reboot

Are you sure it isn't phantom touch on the touchscreen itself? From personal experience, i'm not aware of any other way to change sensitivity other than through the screen.

I have thought that might be possible, but it doesn't matter how high/low it sits on the screen it still swaps randomly, and nothing else in a similar position on screen gets touched/changed, and it changes back and forth on it's own

Did you already reset the infotainment system by holding the volume wheel in the middle console for 10 seconds?

I did give that a try, haven't done a factory reset though, but I didn't think about it until after I'd booked in with my local BYD service center, so I thought I'd leave it for them
