DAB (radio) and telephony problem

Hello everyone, I've had my Seal for 3 weeks and I love it but certain things annoy me... Firstly the DAB radio doesn't work at all (radio signal too weak in message displayed) and it's surprising because I had to drop off my car at BYD for a polish and in exchange they gave me a dolphin surf while the work was being done and that was a big surprise! The DAB radio works perfectly.... The dealership told me that they only had this problem on Seals without telling me more... Anyway, second problem! When I have the phone connected via bluetooth and Android auto and I talk to someone, it works fine until a certain time when my interlocutor tells me that he hears his voice echoed (double) and it's very unpleasant... My phone was placed in the wrong location for induction charging, I tried to put it elsewhere but the observation remains the same! HELP please

I have a Sealion and notice that the DAB signal is not as strong as our Volvo. Certainly cuts in and out, which our Volvo doesn't.

My Seal had to be fully reset back to factory original software version and then stepped manually through the upgrades to fix the DAB not working at all; it works now. I'm still not happy with the range the radio gets compared to my other vehicles.

I remember mine improved after the first 6 month service where they did some firmware updates that aren't done OTA. Maybe dealer was slack and didn't do these? It was shocking like you say, now its rare it drops, but not as good as some other cars.

Atto 3, i have a weird thing with DAB that when i take a call whilst listening to the radio, the station can no longer be heard once i've hanged up the call. i have to press the skip track/station button forward and then back to get it to come back on.

I'm in the UK with a Seal Excellence and the DAB doesn't work if I try to listen to a smaller station first. I get the weak signal message. I have to select a national station - BBC Radio 1, 2, etc, which comes on, then I can select any other station with no issues.
