Had an accident - Opinion on the repair experience, Atto 2 Boost, Spain

Hi! So, I got rear-ended after stopping and the guy behind me didn't; my car needed to be fixed. The time to replace the rear plastic spoiler, bumper, get the trunk door fixed and so on was 3 weeks; shorter than expected, I do not know how it would compare to other brands since I never had another car earlier. There are some minor details that need a touch, but they will take care of it in the repair shop; I will bring it on Monday, see if the fix is quick. The defects are some pieces that don't clip in place, and the bumper around the hole of the trunk (see pictures attached). For the rest of it, the car driver perfectly even at high speeds, no wheel shift or anything (the hit was not strong enough for the airbags to deploy, but I did suffer a neck sprain). To sum it all up: \- Rear metal and plastic car bumper replaced, along with sensors \- Rear door fixed Issues: \- The left-side trunk trim piece that is a joint to the bumper doesn't seem to fit, pending a fix \- The right-side wheel plastic trim piece that is attached to the rear plastic bumper piece does not want to clip in \- The right light around the trunk door's handle / lock does shift sideways, whereas the left one is completely still and something makes noise inside the trunk door. Any thoughts? Again, never had a car before. https://preview.redd.it/isrhzh79jm3g1.png?width=433&format=png&auto=webp&s=261ecb8cdb07ff0bd6d32bf6cf5af36229d34496 https://preview.redd.it/fzt1dbx1jm3g1.png?width=427&format=png&auto=webp&s=3d4a80d21b15c7d1fb7beb6d8a428bebeadcc26c https://preview.redd.it/gwkr3asgim3g1.png?width=407&format=png&auto=webp&s=afca163dba7627600ab87afc176b2c5fc0a00973 https://preview.redd.it/6lhsum5dim3g1.png?width=424&format=png&auto=webp&s=929693b09a5aa9d46775cd827ea673f920827cb4 https://preview.redd.it/tjm4gm3cim3g1.png?width=421&format=png&auto=webp&s=4527e8583efdb21c566a4b2f9be795fc26cbd7d1 https://preview.redd.it/jjlemvifim3g1.png?width=405&format=png&auto=webp&s=5e9706c8cc1a977af22834a2f12127c971059b3d

Colleague of mine has got a range. Rover, smallish bump took 6 weeks to get the parts and 15 days in the shop to fix - glad I didn't pay 75k for my car,  my local byd dealer in Palma de mallorca replaced a body part same day while I had a coffee, brilliant

I was rear ended also, slightly more serius than yours: small dent in the trunk, bent/broken bumper, wheel arch trims, and number plate. Lights and glass were fine. Took around 10 days to fix and cost around 2,400 euros (450,000 yen), not including the costs for the loan car while it was being fixed. All paid by the guy who hit me, thankfully. Overall really nice and fast service, but I heard that in other countries it can take months even for small fixes. My biggest surprise in the final receipt was that the re-calibration of the 360 cameras was more expensive than a new bumper.

I will post the total amount of money it cost the insurance company to fix it, but it was less than 1K€ in my case definitely. 650€ so far; also these remaining errors, they say they can fix them within the same day so :D

I left it today at the dealership to have those pieces well fitted. Let’s see how it goes :)
