If this is a Chinese model, then you’re cooked 💔
That is unless you have some connections to China where someone could register your car in China.
Basically, what this means is that the car isn’t registered on their cloud services, and there is no way to do that online or anywhere else but China. The only way to do so is by going to the dealer and asking them to do it for you. Only then can you log into an account and use the services an account can provide.
I’m going to ask the dealer that’s opening up soon if they could do anything about it, and if they can, I’ll let you know.

Just a few extra quick things to clarify.
You can’t download and install the global version onto a Chinese version because of hardware differences. (Unless you can somehow find a European computer and swap yours out, that is.)
Also, after the car is registered and you can log into an account, your car will offer you extra options. (You probably know this already.)
It’s not geo-locked, so you can use the app even outside of China.
And by the way, I’m not sure what you mean by “ADAS activation.” You can easily activate ACC, LKA, and FCW using the steering wheel. (It came on already on my car.)

Oh, and one more thing!
I think someone managed to install the global version on their car, but it came with a few warnings on the dashboard. It said something like “inactive firmware. Please see dealer.”
You see, both the instrument cluster and the tablet have their own firmware, and installing the global version on the tablet and keeping the Chinese firmware on the cluster can cause some communication issues.
So, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Well, for starters, if you really want those extra fancy features, try to get in contact with someone reliable in China who can get your car registered on their database. After that, you can buy a Chinese number or ask the same person to register an account for you, which you can later change the password for. After that, you can log into your account on the car by using the app.

I also bought one from China, with the same issue. I have tested the Software, and what he means is that for it to park or drive from Point A to Point B by itself using DIPilot, it requires being connected to the Cloud; all other ADAS work without it.
Downsides:
1. No automatic software updates
2. No App connectivity, digital keys to open the car, or AC remote control
3. No access to cloud or DIPilot automatic parking or self-driving based on a map from point A to point B
4. No native store to download apps (there are workarounds here, like the Aurora store or Hadunit Reloaded)
Upsides:
1. You get the mid or full versions instead of the basic, which most agencies only have:
2. a. ADAS
3. b. SunRoof
4. c. Usually, more autonomy
5. d. Usually, higher engine potency
6. Lower Price (I saved around $5k)

You can't do anything about this.
You need the china dealer to assign it to an account, and it won't work outside china anyway.
