I did some research, nothing definitive ofc, and found a Laotian ev charging company called LOCA. They do CCS2 & chademo it looks like in Vang Vieng and across the nation. There is a Chademo to NACS adapter which exists, and im sure there is a CCS2 to NACS adapter as well just because the protocol is the same as CCS1. Just my 2 cents, need to do more searching
Some proper research though! They might just drive or transport it to Bangkok if repairs are needed.
