This the noise in this video normal? I’ve had the Dolphin a few weeks and this morning set it to pre-heat from the app as it’s cold outside. Came out to this noise.
Sounds like the heat pump/AC compressor preconditioning warm up. Pretty normal. Would be the same in an ICE vehicle, just that the motor drowns out the sound.
If you blast the heating from the app it will set to maximum temperature and airflow. The heat pump will work at max, as well as the ventilation, thus the noise. My Dolphin does the exact same thing.

Perfectly normal for my atto3, mine doing this when I either blast my car warm before departure or when my battery needs cooling in the summer during fast charging.
