Hi all, Got a brand new BYD seal and not even been a month but headlights stopped working No idea why If anyone has experienced it before we will be going to dealership but having massive wait times to even check if anything is wrong Any DIY suggestions or something I could have checked is appreciated 🥲 So gutted to have issues in a month of owning it

can you send pics of your current headlight settings here? (both from the center screen and the gauge cluster)? is your whole assembly dead? including the DRLs?

Everything works except headlights even on screen it shows its switched on but its not

Is the switch set on auto? My dealer asks me to just drop in to sort out minor issues. I have gone there 3 times and every time they fixed the problem while I waited there. They even offered me a loaner once since they needed an hour.

The dealership said some wiring issue and awaiting headlights but cannot provide an ETA as they don’t know unfortunately Its been frustrating with no updates except we don’t know what the issue is
