I don't like the new ui, I now need to tap the heating icon 2 times to select the heating 1, before I had the numbers available and could go directly to the setting I wanted.

Just use your voice mate, "seat heat to level one" ...done

Yeah no... That's all fine when you're a native English speaker, when that is not the case stuff does not work.

Exactly what im on about. I don't want to go to that screen. I want one click action back. I also dont want to confirm that speeding alarm will turn on after next car start but that a different story. Im all about efficency. Whoever programs this and thinks that extra clicking is fine is an idiot.

Yeah it will badly... There's a reason some buttons need to be physically present, my dolphin has enough that make it safer but the "improvement" for the UI in the heated seat was not one of them, and voicing commands is not that great nor that practical all the time, I've had problems with Google assistant and byd voice getting confused one over the other, then we get to the fact that my car uses my native language but it seems to be trained for a different dialect, and the English version will not always catch what I say because of the non native accent. I'm not saying I didn't try it. I'm saying that's unreliable enough to be distracting, and because of that it is a No for me. Voice commands are still very badly implemented across everything.

Amen to that, I just don't get why they removed it I absolutely loved it Also it used to be the heated wheel setting was saved now I have to turn it on every time in the winter it was awesome

Right, so i think you've misunderstood. The bottom bar can be customised, press and hold an icon on the bottom bar to bring up the customisation screen. Then click the seat icon.

With the icon, you are brought to the seat screen. Previously, in older versions, it used to turn the seat on or off directly from the bottom bar.

Fully agree. Much worse now than what it used to be. 😔

You can see that i already have that button and it takes me to pictured screen from v2+. It used to be a dedicated buttons for both left and right seat in v1. It was possible to operate seats from the bar without going to any menu. Single click, 2 clicks 3 clicks were heat or cooling level2, level 1 and off. Long press was shuffling between heating and cooling :) it was glorious. We want it back :)

Just use zero clicks and tell BYD you have a cold or hot ass. Works a charm
