Sealion 7 won’t wake up

Got my new car 3 days ago, yesterday it updated and when I tried to use it today it wouldn’t wake up, only the lights blink when I unlock the car, but nothing else works. I called BYD and they told me to hold the key near the handle and press lock 5 times and wait a couple of seconds, but no success. Is there anything that I can try? This so frustrating, should someone from BYD come and have a look?

The reception is very bad in the garage, does it need to have reliable connection to be able to update itself?

Sounds like the car has gone into deep sleep mode. Did you have the bonnet or boot open for an extended period of time? Generally that will cause the car to go into deep sleep mode. Think it downloads and then updates, so if it started that shouldn't be the issue. So you can't use lock the doors?

The 5 times press is the button on the door, not the remote.
