Hi - I've unfortunately got a lemon Tesla vehicle. Hoping someone in the community might be able to share a reputable lemon law attorney or firm with a success record handling cases against Tesla in California. Thank you!
If you are working there time and mileage window you don't need an attorney. Just go to your local store and tell them you are going to file a lemon law claim. If you are eligible for lemon law relief Tesla will offer you a buy back. It is much better for them to do that than to have to report lemon law claims. If you have already done that and they refused then go find an attorney
Retaining an attorney should be your last option, not the first, unless you just like paying someone else to do what you can do yourself. Read and understand your rights and responsibilities then work the system already in place. If you have a valid claim, the process should move forward quickly. Tesla will generally buy the car back.

Many states lemon law lawyers are free to the client. It is best to reach out to one as soon as your car qualifies per the state rules. You have little protection working with the manufacturer directly. They could run you around or try to run out the clock.
