Has Tesla refused a trade?

I have a trade offer from Tesla on my 2022 MY. And I did truthfully answer that it has aftermarket modifications it didn’t ask the nature. I have a MPP adjustable suspension and 18” wheels (I still have the original 19” wheels but no tires). It’s the kind of mods that would do much better in private sale but I’m not sure I have the patience for it. Curious if Tesla has ever refused a trade in based on mods.
