How do you turn off Traffic Sign Recognition "permanently"?

A question to all BYD owner. How do you turn off Traffic Sign Recognition "permanently"? I tried to turn it off, but every time when I start the engine, the TSR is automatically on again. It's a useless function in so many circumstances. For example, the computer only reads "25" when it's actually "25 when children present". It keeps beeping when there are no kids around and I drive 50. Also When the "60" traffic sign is at a corner where I make a turn, TSR might not able to sense it, so it remains "50" and beeps when I drive 60. Please help.
