Need help with software version.

Just as the title says. I am curious because mine seems outdated compared to what i see online. When i press version update it says checking the software version info and then vanishes and nothing. My system version is 13.1.33.2501190.1 if it helps.

2503 is the latest, but alas welcome to BYD software releases. Rhyme and reason is consistently inconsistent. Dealer experience was similar - “update me to the latest” ‘It already is’ “No it’s not, see” ‘Oh we’ll check…oh yeah there’s a new one’. Why Aus hasn’t got the updated 2.x versions that other RHD markets have had for nearly a year is a mystery.
