No BYD badge

this is so cool, i might just debadge the "BYD" myself haha. Looks so much cleaner somehow

Some come with two BYD, some don't. Almost like different assembly lines work from different plans 🤷‍♂️ First thing I did with mine is remove the BYD next to Seal. Seems silly having BYD twice.

My white 2025 seal purchased in December just had seal. Swapped the SEAL to black letters and covered the big logos with black also. Might not work for you on a black seal however if you wanna black it out it would look great!

I removed the BYD on mine because it's stupid. It's a BYD Seal, not a BYD BYD Seal.

When I ordered my white Seal, I asked the dealer to remove all the badges from the back. So they did, it looks clean.

This car is 8 weeks old. Do you mean the 'facelift' ones thats incoming?

If you look on the BYD Seal UK Facebook group you’ll see people who just recently got the car with the badge

How strange. Quick look through Autotrader at New cars and its a mixed bag if they have a rear badge or not.

Mine has a 3.85 badge. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Only BMW drivers care about how "premium" other people think their car is. I don't give a fuck about what other people think about my car, or my clothes, or my hairstyle, or how I live my life. I do things for me. You should try it, it will make you happier. I was just going for a blacked out look. I thought about getting the black badges to put on, but decided to just take the chrome ones off and see how I like it bare. And I do. I also plastidipped the front badge because you can't take it off. (it comes through the bumper from the back, to facilitate the illuminated badge sold in some markets)

Same, 2025 Seal Premium with no badge. Does anyone here with an automated retractable sunshade (new 2025 facelift model) have a rattling issue when their car chassis flexes on the road (bumps, uneven roads, concrete etc) It can be replicated by pushing up on the roof liner where it houses the sunshade... a creaking/static/velcro sound.

It is also very simple to do it yourself :) Just take a hairdryer and warm up the letters (and the underlying adhesive). Then you take some thread/cord and go under the letters. As the adhesive is now soft, you can just slip through. Remaining adhesive can be removed with your thumb. Did this day 1 after getting the car :D

I need a new badge. Since fitting a DTE Pedal box, mine is now in the 3.5’s 😂
