Correct. It didn’t latch properly. Was leaning forward a little already. Hit my head where the glass and the roof, meet.
That seems like a serious failure of the seatbelt then… The phantom breaking, there’s not much to be done. But go get your seatbelt checked, immediately
Try cleaning your windscreen. I've only ever noticed issues when the car is dirty.
