Whining from motor?

My 2025 Seal Performance has just tipped over 6,000k. So far, so good. This morning on the way to work, sitting in peak hour traffic I hear a whining noise. When I go to take off, I hear it (sounds like it's coming from the front) up until 2kmh. When slowing down, I hear it from about 5kmh. Changing the regen from standard/high makes no difference. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Update: Driving out of the car park and that noise isn't there. But oddly, for the first time since I've had the car, I had to get the air con to blow cold air by flipping the mode from Comfort > Eco > Comfort. Don't know if it's related in some strange way.

The pedestrian sound I noticed is a very weird noise, its not that? And only happens while going under certain speed.

In peak hour this morning, I noticed it 'whiring down' from 5kmh to 0. Then 'whiring up' from 0 to 2kmh. Before/after that I don't hear it. So when I pulled into the carpark at work...with nothing in front of me that would potentially trigger the AVAS, I heard it again. Maybe I change the sound to the 'Ice Cream Truck' so it's really obvious rather than the generic whine so it's easy to distinguish what it may be.

Mine makes a flat tone sound for the first few kmhr then stops. It seems normal, hasn't changed over the 33k km I've had it. I drive electric trains, they make different pitch tones, it's something to do with how the power is delivered into the motors at different speeds, so I assume it's the same for EV's

If you can put up with that lol. I had just never noticed it till last update and thought something weird sound from front too taking off and slowing down. I did the test sou.d and ut sounded exactly the noise I heard. Might not be what you are hearing, but just a thought to check.
