It's been a while since Europe received the update. Has anyone heard anything about when Australia could be expecting to receive the update for the Seal?
I don't think we've ever been forewarned, it just starts to happen. They do batches of cars at a time, seems to take about two weeks once it's started.
No, but I'm happy with what I've got. BYD has been brilliant over the last two years of ownership in sorting out the user interface issues.
While the 2.0 does look nicer, doesn't update the Driver display or put nav on the HUD so fine to wait. Hope they do these 2 things eventually tho.

Friend just picked up his new Seal Confirmed it has v2.0 on it and already has another update lined up OTA.
Please don't be bait! Very keen to get 2.0 - I wonder if it includes any ADAS upgrades under the hood as well.
No bait, I was in the car and confirmed preconditioning of the battery was there. Also different layout and screens for some things. I didn't drive it so hard to tell with the ADAS. I'm hitting upgrade everyday hoping to see the update lol
Very keen! Battery heating arrives just in time for our summer 😂. I've been doing the same since I saw the update hit Europe - need it now!!
