I got my 2025 seal premium (atlantis grey) in 2 weeks in Cairns (start of August). I was told black would be 2 - 3 months at the time. Its probably going to depend on colour/version as to availability, and that will most likely change month to month.

6 February to 2 July for a white prem to get to Perth.
Pretty sure it took an extra three weeks because it missed its transfer in Melbourne.

It’s been 2 weeks since I signed the NL quote and my shark grey premium is floating around WA somewhere - nominal delivery rate is next Fri depending on paperwork. Was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting end of sept.

Think on the ‘25s and newer they get a new electric sunblind for the pano roof and a built in sunglasses holder. We don’t get the LiDAR Chinese version and new interior that China gets sadly. Ours is a ‘23 and doesn’t have the electric shade but bought the aftermarket sunglasses holder that fits perfectly. I’d suggest buying the dashcam as well. Under 10” dollars and pretty easy to install. We didn’t wait long for hours as one was already in its way in Shark Grey that we wanted. But have heard some wait a month or two depending on model and colour.

Ordered in May, still waiting. Have been told October delivery. Seal performance in Atlantis Grey. Have been offered white but I said no. Also in Sydney.
I'd hope that by the time you order wait times won't be so bad.

Have you received your VIN yet?

Ended up being surprised - it was ready today. Unfortunately haven’t taken possession due to leasing company being a bit slow, but is ready to go.

Based in Sydney, NL put in order start of June, still waiting. Probably circa October based on someone in a similar situation in this thread. Seal Performance in atlantis grey.

For what it’s worth I ordered a few weeks ago (blue Seal Premium) and I was just assigned a car, so presumably that’s not too far off.

Orderd on Novated Lease begining of July for a Seal Performance in Atlantis Grey in Sydney. I attempt to check every week or so, Dealership has been offered white ones a few times, dealership had a MY23 and then last week was 2 x White in Albion Park. I'm happy to wait but yes it's annoying

Just letting you know that my experience so far of my delivery of a vehicle in over 35 years this will be the worst.
My dealership has been expecting the vehicle to have made it way to them over the last four days, and the even the Stock controller does not know where this vehicle might be.
The vehicle has been registered to me since 29th September and it's now the 13th October, no other car I have ever purchased or leased has ever been registered more than a few days before I would have taken delivery.
Yes I'm an leasing this vehicle and due to the time that has passed I have completed all there paperwork and my first lease payment has been taken and as mention the vehicle is not in mine or the dealership's possession.
So much time has passed that I've been able to download the BYD Auto App and using my leased details email address set it up to the point that I can see some details about this car. Those details show me the car has not moved/powered on since Wednesday 8th October.
I'm unsure myself it it's been misdelivered elsewhere, or on a car carrier that has parked and not moved, or that the driver of the car carrier has passed away while sleeping in the cab of his truck.
I can't believe that no-one knows where this car currently is and that the dealership is wishing the vehicle to come to them.
Due to the time passed from initial ordering to now I can't say that this is the longest I have had to wait, but all previously owned cars I've had dealerships know exactly where a vehicle is.

I put the deposit down and was told 8 to 10 weeks. I finally receive a call after 8 weeks thinking that it was about delivery only to be told that a car has not been allocated. Once a car is allocated it will be.......8 to 10 weeks until delivery. I get that they are popular and good for them but to hear nothing for 8 weeks when they knew that they would not be able to deliver within their originally stated timeframe is just poor.
Anything anyone has been told here doesn't mean a thing. They simply do not have a good handle on their orders and delivery is the only thing that matters. They're trying to flog off demonstrators as an alternative.
