Slow charging on Silver Tesla Destination Chargers

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. In 3 separate locations when using a silver (newer) Tesla AC chargers, my charge rate has maxed out at 3-4kw. Have used a lot of chargers including the older white tesla destination chargers and consistently got 6.6kw. Haven't been able to find any other examples online

Do these chargers put out a total of 11kw, so 3.6kw per phase? The Seal only charges on one phase.

22kw according to the telsa website

possible that there is load sharing going on.

It will be wired as 11kw 3 phase. Of which the Seal gets 1 phase so 3-4kw.

Fair enough. What is odd is that in the same location, the silver one is a new replacement in the last couple of months, and i could charge at the full rate with the previous charger. There is an older tesla charger (white) in the bay next door that still charges at the 6.7kw, so the infrastructure can support it.

Tesla wall connectors (Gen 2 and 3) can all deliver up to 22kw 3 phase if the supply is good enough and configured correctly, But as most Teslas on the road now only charge at 11kw 3 phase max thats generally what people aim for. They can be wired for single phase as well which would max out most EVs.
