Tyre leak

Techbotfarm | 2025-05-02 21:00 | 7 views

Hi All Had my seal for 11000 KMs. Consistently have low tyre pressure warning even though we're filling to the specific levels. It's lasting only 2 weeks this time. While one tyre is the worst, all 4 seem to lose air quickly. Has anyone else had this issue? Could it possibly be 4 faulty tyres?

When you go to inflate the tyres, what is the PSI reported by the pump? If it’s as low as what’s being reported by the sensors then the leak is legit. Best to go to a tyre place and get it checked out before the tyres potentially degrade more. Keep in mind that the tyres are fairly expensive as far as full replacements go ~$350 each.

Not here, best sealed (no pun intended) tyres I've ever owned. You will see a 'decrease' as the outside temperature drops due to temperature affecting pressure with gases. Perhaps have a quick chat at a tyre shop, they may have an idea.

I had lower pressure the last couple weeks, but this has aligned with lower temperatures (from low 20s to low-mid teens).

I think I'd make a warranty claim if they're faulty

I have had a few 1⁰C mornings where I live this past week. The pressure of the tyres have come on as a low alert. As they warm up when I drive to work, the alert goes away. The best way to fix this is to put air in the tyres when it's cold or slightly over inflated during the heat. There doesn't seem to be a temperature adjustment factor built into the trigger point of the alert, it's just a static value. This may not be your whole issue, but it could be part of it.
