1.2 Update

Does it tell you that, or just pop back to the screen and say nothing? I tap update, wait, and then it just kicks back k to the update button, and you can repeat that over and over.

Mine's the same. Tells me it's looking then... nothing happens.

It would originally just disappear, but now maybe it's sick of me and definitely says the 1.1 note when I press the check software button.

I seem to only get a response when I’m on wifi. Not convinced it’s attempting on 4g

True. I tried hotspot from phone as well as connecting to home wifi.

I’ve had the same issue, no idea if they have a schedule and are staggering releases but really looking forward to the update, would love any advice from others :)

I thought I read it will only update when using the built-in byd sim?

It seems they are staggering. Someone in one of the Facebook groups said they were told it will be across three weeks but I wouldn’t bet on that. Just keep checking every now and then and hopefully we both get it soon

Haha yeah, that’s one of the few negatives with BYD, their communication has a lot of room for improvement. But thanks for the info, will keep looking and hopefully we get it soon :)

I think last time mine was about a week after ppl started reporting it in Aus. By that stage I had given up on pressing the Update button and it randomly popped up when I turned on the car first thing. Still waiting now so think I'll give the button mashing a rest again 😀 Thanks for the info tho as I'm not on foosebook

I had just checked mine 1 hour ago and nothing, then went to get in the car, and the update prompt automatically appeared. Go figure?
