Seems either Tesla has rolled out a fix or BYD has fixed it in new builds.

Yes. More testing required.

Whats the go with using Tesla stations? Do I need to create an account or anything?

SexyDraenei 2024-04-24 09:35

yes. its in corio if you want to look it up.

SexyDraenei 2024-04-24 09:35

yeah, make an account in the app, add credit card. then you plug in, choose which charger in the app and start it up.

That's nuts! Tom from Ludicrous Feed tested his BYD Seal on the Newcastle v4 and and a v3 and they didn't work today. He has 2401 update as well.

All the V4 sites in AU use V3 power cabinets to drive them. So would expect the same result.

22 minutes to charge 16%? Doesn't sound super fast.

SexyDraenei 2024-05-01 10:35

the last bit is always slower. I didnt charge for long as I was only testing, so it may have picked up speed.
