Fronius Wattpilot, which works seamlessly with my existing Fronius Solar Inverter to charge the car off excess solar production

The best kind, other ppls 😀. Mostly I use the free amount I get from Jolt, and also local RSL has them for free.

If you plug in regularly overnight, you can probably get away with not having a higher rate charger. But it can be useful if you want to maximise the cheapest power rates.

Yes, need a Fronius Inverter, Fronius Smart Meter and Fronius Wattpilot for it all to work. The Wattpilot connects to the Inverter and Smart Meter over Wifi, so no extra cabling required.

Electric one

A Fronius inverter isn't required. You can use a Fronius datamanager box instead if you have a 3rd party product. Otherwise you can use the Wattpilot in conjunction with other solar inverters using ChargeHQ

First I have heard of Jolt! Amazing I wish one was closer to me. Are there any other chargers that have a free allowance like that?
