Holy generic email! "We are expecting the next shipment to arrive in <location> <today + 2 to 4 weeks>."

We bought last week and were told to expect our Seal "exactly 2 months from the day you buy!" Lol, sure thing

yeh I got a similar generic email. Expect delivery late April/May

Try calling the support line and vent a bit. They can tell you roughly where is your order in the list of priorities for your state.

I found their phone support to be bit useless and gave me standard 'you will be called when your vehicle is ready'. I ordered in October and the initial time frame said Nov/Dec. By Mid Dec I still had not heard a thing. I started to call the Sales Rep nearly every day. Think they have some sway, as they have ppl fall through who didn't go through with purchase. He then called me when one happened and asked if I wanted it. He also said that they are frustrated as they don't have any list of shipments with who is allocated what, until they clear customs and then start to carve up the shipment to each dealership.
