BYD App "forgetting" my car

Has anyone else noticed the app forgetting the car. The last couple of weeks I've noticed when i open the iphone app it is like it is a fresh install and then when I log in with my google account my car is there. It never used to do this..

I've seen it a few times. I just closed it and reopened, and it's fine.

Close, re-open the app. Or logout, and log back in

I've seen this with the android app when I open it while the data connection isn't working. It's not so much forgetting your car or your login as not being able to log in. But doesn't really show that in a very good way.

Do multiple people use the app with the same login. If so it will log you out. Need to use the share feature.
