Car Play

I’ve had my Dolphin (UK) for 2 years now and still no Apple Car play or Android Auto, I went back to the dealership and they told me to wait on updates and nothing has changed, they couldn’t even figure out what was going on - tried with cables, restarting the system but still nothing! Anyone had this issue and had it sorted sick of having to use a mount!!

unless there is something really weird about the UK version vs the AU version you should be able to connect your phone to the USB-A socket in the front of the car and it'll pop up from there. There should also be a carplay/AA app on the car too.

I have mine for 2 years now and I can use Apple CarPlay and Android Auto both wired and wirelessly since Day 1

BYD for 2 years and both (Apple and Android) were available since the first day (Portugal).

Still on warranty? Have them replace the infotainment. You should be able to demand it since its been 2 long years

They switched from cable to wireless connection in most models. After the change using the cable no longer works. Have you tried using the cable and connecting by wireless connection? Do you even have the apps present or can’t you even find those in your infotainment?
