My AC is stuck at on and at a certain fan level.

Does it turn off when you shut the car down?  Does it turn back on immediately when you start the car again? Can you turn it on/off from the phone app? If you force close the climate control app on the infotainment system, does it turn off? Have you asked your dealer?

Dealer wanted to bring it in for diagnostics. I turned off the car for about an hour and when I went to turn it back on the issue was still happening. then after sometime I was just fiddling around I don't think it's anything I did. I saw a notification about "Purification" it dismissed itself right away so I only managed to catch the purification part but after this I gained control back of my AC. My theory is a sensor got irritated after washing the car and it was forcing the purification. I didn't mention it in my post earlier because I didn't think it's related. TLDR: Back to normal now after some time. I don't know what fixed it.

I've had this happen when you change the fan while purification is on. Hasn't happened since 2503 software version. Can't recall if I found a way to stop it, I donk think reseting infotainment or turning off/on fixed

What did fix it for you?

Can't recall exactly, I might have been able to set the fan speed but work change back to full. Wasn't until the update installed which fixed it properly. However, if I have the fan speed at 4 and purification runs it returns to auto after not the fan speed it was on. This doesn't both me much.
