Seal comes with a 2 part foldable sunshade, at least in Brazil. But the glass is silver coated and heat reflexive. Some real world tests shows that it reflects 98% of IR, Wich generates heat inside the car (even in 30º+ temperature in Brazilian summer).

Youtuber ludicrous tested this. bottom line the sunshade made 4ºC difference to the Seal's cabin temperature. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULvt7OmAsDA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULvt7OmAsDA)

Add a ceramic tint

As a Seal owner in Aus that's driven in 40°+ heat, I don't see your problem.

Yup, same here. The silver plated glass is really effective. What made a huge difference was adding an IR blocking tint to all the side and rear windows.

you get that with the car.

Have a ceramic tint super dark. It helps a lot together with the sunshade.
