BYD App on chinese imported car

Hi , i recently bought a Song L from a local dealership here in iraq and i want to register the car in the specified app , i have a chinese phone number but i don't have any means to contact the second hand owner of the vehicle , i contacted the support through the app and they weren't very helpful ... is there a way to register the vehicle on the app cause there are some apps that require log in to benefit from the features like ETC and bunch of other apps and features i think the documents that i have : driving license vehicle license passport chinese phone number ownership license
