Thanks for the response. I will bring my car for service by the end of month. Think I’ll just remove it and put it back after service.

One of the service people at BYD service centre actually promote one to me. (told me how nice it is to have) He showed me how his works. So, i'd say likely not, unless your screen itself breaks, caused by the change made. Just my opinion, base don observation from the above interaction.
