I bought: — Wheel center caps — Charging adapter (CCS2 to GB/T) One on Aliexpress. The other on Alibaba. Very happy with both. They also have trade assurance, so u won’t lose your money.
Yeah I only have access to Alibaba. Did you buy from random suppliers? Is there an official byd supplier?
Not "official" but I bought a lot from "NiceBYD" and I've been very happy with it all.

It might be worth comparing reviews, prices, and compatibility with your specific BYD model before choosing.
